We went for our 3rd, and probably final, ultrasound on Thursday. Avery is now so big that we aren't able to see her whole body on the screen. The tech had to move around a lot so that we could see all of her. She was being a stubborn little girl and would not show us her face very much. She was all smooshed up and playing with her feet. Her arms, hands, and feet were in front of her face most of the time. We did get the pleasure of seeing her yawn for the first time. Our doctor was very impressed with my progress and happy that everything is progressing so smoothly. Avery's heart rate was 138 and she now weighs 2 lbs. 9 oz. She has lots of hair too. I hope it doesn't fall out before she's born! At our last ultrasound, 2 systs were found on her brain, so this was our follow up to make sure that everything is OK. AND IT IS... the systs are gone!!!
