This week, Joe made (from scratch) Lou Malnati's style deep dish pizza! They were both soooo yummy and made me feel like I was home. He followed a recipe that turned out to be wonderful and as close as we're going to get to Chicago style pizza in Iowa. He made deep dish sausage and mushroom. I'm so proud of him, because this was no easy feat: dough from scratch, sauce from scratch, rolled sausage into balls and browned it... YUM!
