Each year my best girl friends from Norridge get together for our annual Holiday dinner. Each year, someone else hosts the party. This year I decided to host the party at my Dad's house (Thanks Dad & Linda for letting us take over). Katie came early to help me cook, and Dad went to the Market with me to help me get all of the groceries. Then he even cleaned the house for us! We had appetizers and lots of wine in front of a crackling fire. Then we moved into the dining room for a delicious feast: chicken dumpling soup, poppy seed salad, bread, and of COURSE... more wine! It was so nice to spend quality time laughing and talking with the girls! Near the end of our evening, we had coffee, dessert, and our ornament exchange! Everything was wonderful! Can't wait to see you guys again!
